Billing Cost Associates is a Quantity Surveying firm established in 1987 by a team of professionals with analytical minds and zeal for supporting the various developmental projects with the much needed expertise Quantity Surveying, Construction, Economics, Project Management, Loss Adjusting, Value Management and Valuation for fire Insurance.

Billing Cost Associates is well blessed with Quantity Surveyors of high integrity who are mostly outstanding in their various professional exploits. Meet The Directors

Ade Ijogun

Dip. Cons. Eng, B.Eng, MBA, PQS

Ade has extensive experience in various sectors within the Nigerian and Canadian construction industry. He has held positions ranging from Senior Estimator to management levels at both private and government institutions in Canada. His expertise spans commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and government projects.

Ade holds a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Windsor. He further earned a Diploma in Strategic Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chichester, London, UK.

Throughout his career, Ade has conducted numerous costing research studies, estimated numerous projects, and performed extensive cost analyses for complex projects. His combined experience in estimating and costing, along with his technical know-how and versatility with software and technology, makes him a vital part of our team and a valuable asset for your projects.

Niyi Ijogun

M.Sc, MBA, FCE FNIQS, FSCLarb, MASCostE

Niyi as he is fondly called had his Quantity Surveying education at the historic Yaba College of Technology Lagos. He possesses a separate double Masters Degree from Lagos State University in both Environmental Resource Management (MS.c) and Business Administration (MBA). He attended University of Lagos where he obtained specialized diploma in Real Property Law and Secured Credit Transactions. Soon after his academic qualifications, he enrolled and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the only QS body – Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and became a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria – the regulatory body for Quantity Surveying Practice in Nigeria. He took his vast experience to test by establishing the firm – Billing Cost Associates, a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Firm about twelve (12) years ago; a firm he remains the Managing Partner and through which he provides pro-active professional services in Quantity Surveying, Construction Claims Consultancy and Project Management Services in the Construction Industry.

He turned full circle leading to his company’s emergience as the Best Quantity Surveying Consulting Firm in West Africa in 2005 and the Best Project Manager of the year in 2007 an award given in recognition for Excellence and dedication to service.
